Note that the registration fee is part of the tuition fee and not an extra cost. We ask that the remaining program fee is received no later than one month before the start date of the program. Note that the registration fee also guarantees your space and covers administrative fees and is therefore non-refundable.

Should you choose to make the payment towards to the Kibbutz Summer Intensive via bank transfer, be sure to:
Add a $30 USD bank transfer fee see to the tuition fee.
Cover the transaction fee and select ‘OUR’ so that Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company receives the entire program fee.
Indicate in the details of the transaction, the full name of the participant and include in the description ‘For the 2021 Kibbutz Summer Intensive’ and indicate which session or sessions the participant will attend.

Refund Policy | Kibbutz Summer Intensive
1. A cancellation fee of 10% of the tuition fee of the course will be charged to those who cancel their participation, for any reason, until the first of June preceding the start of that year’s Kibbutz Summer Intensive.
2. A cancellation fee of 20% of the tuition fee will be charged to those who cancel their participation for any reason by mid-June.
3. Dancers who leave from the first day of the course or thereafter, for any reason, will not be entitled to a refund at all.
4. Despite what is stated in section C above, in the event of illness or injury, which will not allow continued participation in the course, the dancer will be entitled to a monetary refund in proportion to the days of participation. A refund, as mentioned, is conditional upon presentation of a medical document from that participant’s general practitioner or from a specialist doctor that the student’s injury/illness does not allow him/her to continue participating in the course.
