CEO of the Kibbutz Movement and a member of Kibbutz Hazorea. Over the past 15 years, she has held senior positions in the Megiddo Regional Council, including managing the Megiddo Biosphere Reserve, serving as Chair of the Israeli Man and Biosphere Committee, and overseeing municipal services, education, and welfare. Previously, she managed the education system at Kibbutz Hazorea and led the Kibbutz Planning Committee. She has extensive experience in leading organizational processes, public engagement, and cross-sector collaboration. Since 2009 She has served as the Director of the culture headquarters of The Kibbutz Movement. Riki Raz is a member of Kibbutz Yifat and holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Max Stern Academic College of Emek Yezreel and has extensive experience in the fields of Culture and Community. She served as manager of the Culture Department at the Emek Yizrael Regional Council and as a senior advisor to the Director General of the Ministry of Culture and Sports. She is currently a member of the board of Tzavta and The Shitim Institute.Shai Gurfinkel
Operations and Human Resources Manager at the Yamaton Factory in Kibbutz Ga'aton. Shai was born in Argentina and has been a member of Kibbutz Ga'aton for 50 years. He has a background in Education, Agriculture and Public Service, and holds a bachelor's degree in international relations from The Open University of Israel. He has held various public roles including emissary roles on behalf of The Jewish Agency and The Kibbutz Movement and served as a Mediator in court and as the secretary of Kibbutz Ga'aton for two terms during which he developed a deep connection with The Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company (KCDC).Gilad Bachrach
Treasurer of the Kibbutz Movement since 2016, managing and serving on the boards of all of the Kibbutz Movement's corporations. He is a member of Kibbutz Ein HaHoresh, holds a bachelor's degree in economics and Middle Eastern Studies from Tel Aviv University, and has extensive managerial experience in the Kibbutz Sector including expertise in financial management. Currently, Gilad also serves as the Kibbutz Movement's representative and a member of the Board of Directors at The Ghetto Fighters House Museum, Oranim College, Merhavim, The Center for Rehabilitation and Counseling of the Kibbutz Movement and Hakibbutz Hameuchad - Sifriat Poalim Publishing House.Tal Fraiman
A strategic planning expert with 30 years of experience in the business, public, and social sectors. Founder and CEO of 35 STRATEGY LTD, providing strategic consulting to leading companies such as HOT, Leumit, Partner, Naot, and the International Bank. Partner at P&T, specializing in fast-track strategic processes.
Former project manager at POC Strategic Planning and director of the philanthropic activities of Raya Strauss Ben-Dror (2006-2019), leading social strategy development, advising nonprofit organizations, and initiating projects to preserve Jewish identity in the diaspora.
Lecturer in the Master’s Program in Innovation at the College of Management, awarded Outstanding Lecturer for 2021-2022. Holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from the Hebrew University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
