Set in the International Dance Village in the Western Galilee—the home of the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company (KCDC)—participants gain exclusive behind-the-scenes access to the people, stories, and creative processes that shape one of the world’s leading contemporary dance companies. Here, discipline meets creativity, collaboration meets trust, and artistic excellence is driven by courage, curiosity, and continuous movement.
The experience combines an inspirational tour, an interactive movement workshop, and a guided reflection session that bridges the world of dance with the everyday challenges of leadership, teamwork, and organizational development.
