KCDC actively engages in diverse educational and cultural initiatives within the International Dance Village. These include the 'Dance Journey' program for international students, the world-renowned Kibbutz Summer Intensive dance program, and numerous community outreach projects. The company leads inclusive social initiatives such as a Jewish-Arab multicultural program, workshops for disadvantaged youth, and empowering projects for at-risk girls and women.
