Shai Gurfinkel
Operations and Human Resources Manager at the Yamaton Factory in Kibbutz Ga’aton.
Shai was born in Argentina and has been a member of Kibbutz Ga’aton for 50 years. He has a background in Education, Agriculture and Public Service, and holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from The Open University of Israel.
He has held various public roles including emissary roles on behalf of The Jewish Agency and The Kibbutz Movement and served as a Mediator in court and as the secretary of Kibbutz Ga’aton for two terms during which he developed a deep connection with The Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company (KCDC).
