I visited the Dance Village with a group of women. As soon as we entered the village, we felt we had arrived at a magical place—well-kept with a unique atmosphere. Along the village paths, we encountered dancers who were practicing and dancing naturally and gracefully. We heard explanations about the establishment of the village, watched a video about Yehudit Arnon, the extraordinary woman whose vision gave birth to the Dance Village, and met the highly talented dancers up close. They performed several dance pieces for the group and invited the women to dance with them. With great patience and openness, they danced with the women, who for a moment felt like dancers themselves and part of the company. For some of them, it was the fulfillment of a dream.
