Dance Programs: Visit To The International Dance Village
As part of our commitment to advancing dance in Israel, with a focus on fostering excellence and quality, the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company offers unique experiences at the International Dance Village. Over the years, dance programs and private studios from across the country have visited Ga’aton, immersing their students in the professional dance environment.
During the visit, students gain invaluable exposure to the professional dance world through high-level classes, repertoire training, studio rehearsals, performances, and direct interactions with the company’s directors, staff, and sometimes, Artistic Director Rami Be’er.
Participants are also invited to attend the company’s performances nationwide, enhancing their learning experience even further.
The Dance Village visit includes:
• Technique classes
• Repertoire training
• Specialized workshops
• Observing open rehearsals of the main company/second company,KCDC 2
• Discussions with the company’s directors
• Viewing a film on Yehudit Arnon, the company’s founder
• A discussion connecting students to the past, present, and future of dance
• Discounted tickets for the company’s performances near your location
