Gali Kalef Hayun
Ballet
Born in Israel in 1973. Began dancing at a young age under Ilana Kalef. At 14 years of age studied in The Thelma Yellin High School of the Arts. From 1988-1991, studied at the National Ballet School (NBS) in Torono, Canada. Danced professionally in various dance companies in France, Germany, and Switzerland. After 7 years abroad, she returned to Israel and joined KCDC as a dancer.
Taught classical ballet and contemporary dance in difference dance schools and managed the Mateh Asher Dance Studio in Kibbutz Ga’aton. From 2006-2012 she was the Artistic Director of KCDC 2.
