Gili Goverman

Gili is a graduate of the “Thelma Yellin High School of the Arts” and a recipient of an excellence scholarship from the “America-Israel Cultural Foundation”.

She began her professional career as a dancer with the “Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company”, and later worked as a freelance dancer in Israel, collaborating with creators such as Idan Cohen and the “De De Dance Company”.

Over the years, she has performed as a dancer, singer, and actress with various companies and theaters across Europe, including Staatstheater Oldenburg and Staatstheater Mainz in Germany, as well as projects in Berlin and Lisbon. Throughout her career, she has worked with prominent creators and choreographers, including Sharon Eyal, Rui Horta, Club Guy & Roni, Tero Saarinen, Saar Magal, and others.

In recent years, she has been creating choreography for theater, working on productions at leading venues such as the Munich Kammerspiele and Staatstheater Kassel in Germany. Alongside her artistic work on stage, she teaches contemporary dance.
