Back in November 2020, we decided to stop life.

We were given a rare opportunity, and together we decided to embark on a long journey.

Corona, vaccines, lockdowns, and risks.

A hug, a kiss, and a heartfelt goodbye to family.

Daniel and Roni, Roni and Daniel.

I think now I’m not just speaking on behalf of Yael.

What we experienced here is not taken for granted.

And of course, how you both managed the situation.

We spent almost half a year in a dream.

With the best teachers and minds we had ever known.

Now, with your permission, I’ll stop with the rhymes,

Because I want to dedicate words from the heart.

This time was surreal, and I feel that it caught each of us at a slightly different place. I can say without hesitation that this was the best choice I made.

I am deeply grateful for the special experience that took me to places I never imagined.

We had the privilege of meeting amazing teachers, artists, and dancers who truly gave us tools for life.

We had the privilege of living in a peaceful and magical place that somewhat disconnected us from the universe.

I had the privilege of dancing alongside amazing dancers, curious, talented, and learning from each and every one of them.

Choosing to be a dancer and following the dream is not easy; we all experience it firsthand here.

For me, the DancePro program came at a critical and significant point in the timeline of my life, and I am grateful for the busy and fulfilling daily life we had during the past half year.

I learned, grew wiser, developed, bonded, and mostly felt everything at 100% volume.

For every experience, feeling, and injury, I say thank you.

And most of all, I thank you. For being by my side in every moment and every movement. The experience and the place are ours forever.

And so, Roni and Daniel, I thank you for going above and beyond, for conducting this gift, for the listening, the inclusion, and the help.
